Q[CO2] Is CO2 not harmful to the human health or environment?
AIf CO2 cleaning is installed in the room with proper ventilation, the density of the CO2 gas in the air is not increased during CO2 Jet cleaning process. Also, CO2 is recycled from Petroleum Chemistry industry, the total amount of CO2 is not affected by CO2 cleaning process.

AIMT Laser Cleaning is widely used in the Socket pin cleaning. By applying laser cleaning, test yield can significantly be raised up since the contact resistance drops by removing residues on the contact tip. Also, Probe Card Cleaning is more powerful application because probe cards life time is extended by laser cleaning in addition to the yield improvement.

ALaser is selected depending on the application. Based on the long time experience, we analyze the cleaning target and select proper laser types and modify its optical characteristics to make it suitable for the laser cleaning.
